Generate a Request To Pay with Buy Now Pay Later

Go to the navigation tab and click on paymentGet paid

One provides 3 manners of sending your Request To Pay with Buy Now Pay Later:

By email


  1. In case of multiple payment methods associated to your shop, select Buy Now Pay Later

  2. In the Payment details section :
    1. Choose the Application or shop you wish to receive the funds from (create one in case you do not have one)
    2. Select a template to be used for the email
    3. Enter the Amount of the payment
    4. Enter the Order reference (make sure you choose a reference that will facilitate reconciliation)
    5. Optionally enter the Link expiration date (once this date is passed the payment expires)

  3. In the Client information section :
    1. Fill in the First name (optional)
    2. Fill in the Last name (optional)
    3. Enter the Email address
    4. Indicate the Company name
    5. Provide the SIREN number to ensure of the company

    6. 🚧 Important

      If the target company is not eligible Buy Now Pay Later will not be possible and only Immediate Transfer can be proposed


  4. In the Email options section (optional) :
    1. Fill in all CC emails that can be used to communicate with your customer
    2. Enter the BCC emails that you want to put in the loop (your accounting team for example)
    3. Choose the Language to be used for email sending (by default your prefered language)
    4. Attach any document needed to be attached to your payment request (only one allowed)

On click email is sent and a new payment line appears in your insert_chart_outlinedPayments

💡 Note

Created payment is of type NetTerms in status Waiting which means that the payment has not yet been made by your customer

  1. In the Payment details section :
    1. Choose the Application or shop you wish to receive the funds from (create one in case you do not have one)
    2. Enter the Amount of the payment
    3. Enter the Order reference (make sure you choose a reference that will facilitate reconciliation)
    4. Optionally select the Payment due date
    5. Optionally enter the Link expiration date (once this date is passed the payment expires)

  2. In the Mobile information section :
    1. Indicate the Phone Number by selecting the target country and filling in the payer's local phone number
    2. Optionally add a Message. Payment link will be integrated following your message.

  3. Click on Send SMS
On click sms is sent and a new payment line appears in your insert_chart_outlinedPayments

💡 Note

Created payment is of type NetTerms in status Waiting which means that the payment has not yet been made by your customer

Bulk payment


Bulk payment allows you to send multiple payments at once.

🚧 Important

Only 30 payment requests maximum is allowed.


  1. Select a template to be used. Fintecture provides some of them but you can also create your own
  2. Choose the Application or shop you wish to receive the funds from (create one in case you do not have one)
  3. Import CSV file by dropping it or selecting it from your local drive
  4. Click on Send by mail
On click multiple emails are sent and associated payment lines appear in your insert_chart_outlinedPayments
