Invoicing

This setting enable the generation of an invoice when an order is placed.

To activate this feature, go to your Fintecture extension configuration. Then go to the Advanced settings section and go in Invoicing. You can set Enable invoice generation for paid orders on Yes.

Reconciliation

This setting allows you to change the reconciliation key for smart transfers. This can be useful if several people use the same email address and you therefore need to choose another unique criterion.

To activate this feature, go to your Fintecture extension configuration. Then go to the Advanced settings section and go in Smart Transfer. You can set Enable custom field for the reconciliation on Yes and choose the custom field that you want on Custom field for the reconciliation select field.

Automatic expiration of pending orders

This parameter allows you to define a limit time in minute after which pending orders will be considered expired, as will the associated Fintecture payment link.

To enable this feature, go to your Fintecture extension configuration. Then go to the Advanced settings section and go in Automatic expiration of current orders. You can set Enable automatic expiration of pending orders on Yes and choose a time in minute on Automatic expiration of pending orders after field.

Alternative payment methods

This feature allows you to activate alternative Fintecture payment methods when logged in as a customer is on on Magento. This is a Magento feature that allows you to spoof a user's session. We offer the sending of an SMS or an email or even displaying a QR code. This can be very useful for a salesperson in a store.

To enable this feature, go to your Fintecture extension configuration. Then go to the Advanced settings section and go in Alternative payment methods for 'Login as Customer' feature. You can set Enable alternative payment methods for 'Login as Customer' feature on Yes and choose the alternative payment method that you want on Choose the alternative payment method for 'Login as Customer' feature select field.
You can choose between displaying a QR code or sending an SMS or an email.
