Manage my Wordpress orders
When your customer will pay for his orders with Fintecture you will be able to perform several actions on these directly from your WordPress back office.
View an order
When an order is made with Fintecture, you will be able to find it with your other WooCommerce orders, in your Back Office in WooCommerce > Orders.
When installing the plugin, several custom statuses for Fintecture are added to your store.
Refund an order
In your Back Office, you have two possibilities to refund an order that has been made with Fintecture.
Total refund
To make a full refund of an order, you can go into an order detail and change his status to "Refunded".

After the status change, you will received an email from Fintecture to initiate the refund.
Partial refund
To make a partial refund of an order, you can go into an order detail and click on the "Refund" button in the refund section of the page.
This will open the partial refund section of WooCommerce. You can set up your refund and click on "Refund XX€ via Fintecture Payment Gateway"
After the partial refund, you will received an email from Fintecture to initiate the refund.
Order status
When an order paid with Fintecture's Immediate Transfer arrive on your shop, there are three possibilities :
- Payment is accepted by the customer's bank and the order has the status "Processing"
- Payment is in progress in the customer's bank and the order has the status "Pending Payment"
- An error has occured during the payment and the order has the status "Failed"
With Fintecture plugin, you can customize your status mapping according to your needs.
- In your Back Office, go to Plugins, then search Fintecture in your plugin list.
- Click on Settings on Fintecture plugin.
- Search Fintecture in the WooCommerce's payment methods and click on Manage
- Go on Advanced Settings section
Here, you can map our order statuses with your's. By default, the mapping is configured to use the native statuses of WooCommerce and the custom statuses of Fintecture.
If you are unsure, DO NOT TOUCH these settings.
Smart Transfer
If you have the Smart Transfer feature activated, new options and status can be applied to your orders.
Cancel an order
If the payment is in pending, you can cancel the payment and the order in WooCommerce.
To cancel an order, you can go into an order detail and change his status to "Canceled".

Overpaid payment
If the payment amount is higher that the order amount, Fintecture will mark the order with “Overpaid payment by Fintecture” status and add a new note on the order that informs you that there is a difference in amount.

Partial payment
If the payment amount is lower that the order amount, Fintecture will mark the order with Partial payment by Fintecture” status and add a new note on the order that informs you that there is a difference in amount.
